Somatic Coaching

The goal of somatic coaching is to address the root cause of challenges you’re facing in your life. Oftentimes these root causes are connected to “gunk” that’s stored in the body, such as old emotions, limiting beliefs, and blocked energy. Somatic coaching can help you release this “gunk” and can help you make practical shifts in your everyday life so these old patterns can be released for good.

As you can imagine, somatic coaching is not your typical coaching. It’s a combination of talking, somatic practices, and inner processing that can catalyze your healing and personal growth. All coaching sessions are virtual via Zoom. Curious to learn more?

Somatic Coaching is an approach to personal growth that combines talking, somatics, and energy work.

    Somatic coaching can help you access emotions held in your body so that you can feel them in momentary ways and then release them from your body.

    This is an efficient and refreshing way for people to move through emotions without having to talk about them and to be able to regulate their emotions with more ease.

  • As you learn new strategies to work with emotions, this can strengthen your connection to yourself and others.

    By increasing emotional intelligence, empathy, and communication skills, somatic coaching can improve the quality of your relationships.

Logistics:

Somatic coaching is scheduled as part of a six week program, which includes six one-hour sessions that are all virtual. Each session is one-on-one. Sessions include a combination of talking, somatic practices including body awareness and gentle movement exercises, and energy work. Pricing for the program is $1,150.
